This review is for their second location at 5360 Montebello Ln. 80918
Outstanding customer service. Service manager, Paul, was very knowledgable and informative.
Great prices and didn't try to up sell you on things you didn't need. I will definitely be coming back again. -

I cannot even begin. We brought our car in because we were smelling something burning, we left the parking break on but we didn't realize that at the time. We brought to these crooks who told us it "stalled twice" when they brought it in but here's the funny thing: it was working just fine, and I mean just fine before they laid their hands on it. Now we could argue that "it was going to happen anyways" but you see...nothing was wrong with the car. Nothing at all. We tell them we want nothing done to it after they tell us that it needs $1,800 of repairs and then go to our car and guess what? It'll start but it won't run. At this point I will admit I became incredibly upset. When we walked in I said "isn't it funny that it was running fine and then you guys get it and now it won't run?" My mother (whose car this is, by the way) says "we will just pay the $1,800 to fix it" and then she tells me to calm down at which point I say "I'd really like to kick some people in the balls" and walk out. I'm not here to say they were rude to us, in fact they were nice despite my proclamation of wanting to wound them. I didn't, by the way I just really wanted some crooks to get what we felt because they ripped our metaphorical balls off and they should feel that same pain in my opinion. I was looking through reviews and based on how management handles negative ones I instantly knew we needed to get out of there but it was too late. He told someone I saw that they had no proof of ever coming in, so I made sure to check in so he couldn't proclaim the same of me. We were there, and after I popped off they took the price down (oh thank you for that by the way for ruining our car and then taking down the price, how kind of you). You could argue with me that this just "happened" at the same time but then riddle me this: why was it fine until they had it? I guess believe what you want. You can look at their great reviews all you want, maybe they didn't ruin those people's car, I don't know. The truth is it's up to you: would you like to take the chance that they might ruin your car? You take that chance, more power to you. I've screen shot the reviews I saw in which they basically say that customers didn't have that bad experience (once again that's why I checked into this place so he couldn't say that to me). So that if they decide to delete them I can post them on here for proof. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people. You honestly should, and I guess if you can actually sleep with yourself at night then maybe I shouldn't be so upset about this. My mother wouldn't let me post this until we got home because she was afraid if they saw it they would mess our car up even worse. That speaks volumes. I'm not here to claim they messed up our car, I'm
Here to tell you that it was just fine (in fact was checked out by our regular mechanic less than a month ago) until they got it and all of a sudden it wouldn't work, so take that evidence into consideration for yourself and you decide what you think happened. Also please view the pictures I posted of the reviews left on google for one star, as there you can see just how poorly management handles negative criticism which is to be expected with a place like this. They did fix our car after ruining it (for a price of course) and we made it back safely which I guess I should just be thankful they were happy with their $1,600 pay day and weren't trying to get even more money out of us. Additionally my mothers window used to roll up automatically and now it does not so...thanks for that. If you are the gambling type there's no better place to get your car fixed because they might see you as a paycheck and ruin your car so they can fix it or they might not. We however, will never be back (even if we did live here) to these people who are the definition of what people think of when they think of bad mechanics. -

Used Express Auto twice, for oil pan leaks and transmission fluid leak. Both repairs were made quickly and expertly.

I have been here a few times over the past year for varrious car problems. I am not a car expert by any means, so really apreciate the that the guys here take the time to carefully explain to me exactly what the issue is. They are very trustworthy and never try to sell me more work than I need. The location is convenient as they are accross the street from the citadel mall, so you can spend an some time shopping if you are waiting on a quick repair. I will certainly return here if (when) my car starts acting up again.

We had driven in from Houston and I had an ABS light and anti-skid light on my vehicle, plus my doors wouldn't open. My mom uses Express Engine and recommend them to me. When I called Jim, he kindly directed me to the Galley location since it was closer to me. I called, hoping to get in, even though Thanksgiving week is busy. Rick Meadows, the owner I believe, said to come on in. He looked at my car and quickly diagnosed it was my sensor and reset it. I was out in under 20 minutes and on my way. I was so grateful for the quick and kind service. My mom said they are always fair and kind to her as well.
